Hello,

My name is Vera Velinova and I am a movement specialist.

My great love and passion for movement, combined with my wish to stay active and to inspire other people to move, led me to the Medical University and the National Sports Academy in Sofia.

I graduated in 2010 from the Faculty of Medicine of the Medical University in Sofia, in “Medical rehabilitation and occupational therapy”, and later earned numerous postgraduate qualifications in physical therapy and sport in Bulgaria and the USA.

I hold 3 master’s degrees, 2 of them from the Medical University of Sofia and the last one from the National Sports Academy in “Sport, fitness and health”. I am taking a one-year Integrative Health Coaching programme at one of the most prestigious nutrition institutes in the USA, the Integrative Institute for Nutrition.

I have many years of experience as a personal trainer, fitness trainer and instructor in fitness disciplines.

I believe that our life and health are in our own hands, and that the way we live today shapes our future tomorrow.
